Beneficiaries

Partnership forms consisting of: 

• at least two aggregations of owners, holders and/or holders (private and/or public) of forest management land. 

Objectives 

The submeasure promotes: 

• forms of cooperation between forest owners; 
• improving land management. 

Selection principles

The evaluation of Submeasure 16.8 provides for a subdivision into macro-criteria, a minimum admissible score of 40 points and a maximum score that can reach 100 points, divided as follows:

• territorial scopes, up to a maximum of 30 points, specifically:
  • territorial priorities defined on the basis of the environmental value of the forests, in particular the areas included in the Natura 2000 Network, in protected areas and other areas of high natural and forest value (max 30 points).
     
• type of operations activated, up to a maximum of 80 points, which in turn are differentiated as follows:
  • technical priorities related to the quality of the project on the basis of the effectiveness of the sustainability of the technical solutions of the project and the characteristics of the forest stands, in accordance with the guidelines of Sustainable Forest Management (minimum 40 - maximum 70 points).

With the same score, priority will be given to applications for support that have a greater number of cooperating subjects present within the aggregation and in case of equal number of cooperating subjects present within the aggregation to the largest area served.
Beneficiaries are not relevant for the attribution of the score.

Eligible expenditure

The eligible expenses are: 

• study/project costs (animation, design, establishment, operation and management of the project partnership); 
• direct costs of cooperation activities and dissemination of results; 
• direct costs of projects linked to the implementation of the Detailed Plan; 
• promotion activities (direct cost). 

Scope of support

The support will be guaranteed to the extent of 100%, for a minimum amount of 5,000 euros and a maximum of 50,000 euros.
